We keep our classes small so you can get maximum value from our coaches. Our main class SWARM follows a structured and planned strength and conditioning program designed for improvement in overall athleticism leading to long-term sustainable training.
We also offer a range of other classes to ensure your training is always balanced and varied. These include Mobility sessions, Open Gym, and our PLAY class.
Private Coaching
Our private coaching service is designed to ensure your needs are put first. We will work with you to clearly define some goals and outline a progressive strategy to efficiently achieve the results you are looking for.

Youth Club
Specifically designed for kids and young adults aged 8 and up, the Hive Youth program offers a safe, fun & energetic fitness class that uses a combination of skills practice, workouts, and fitness games to build strength and conditioning in kids.
Our youth program strives to help kids develop good lifelong habits, improve self-confidence and develop a strong foundation of movement and core strength.

Offering you on-demand fitness. The Hive online is a dedicated, single-source platform designed to give you everything your need to stay fit and active regardless of whether you have access to a gym or not.
No more trawling through YouTubers or Instagram influencers, this is Online Training made Local!
