By enrolling my child in The Hive Youth Club, I acknowledge that physical exercise and gym-based activities involve inherent risks. I confirm that my child is able to participate and agree to inform The Hive of any relevant injuries, medical conditions or other considerations that may affect their participation. I understand that The Hive coaches will provide appropriate instruction and supervision, but that accidents and injuries can still occur. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, I accept the normal risks associated with my child's participation in Youth Club activities. **Photography & Video** I understand that general group photos and videos may be taken during Youth Club sessions and activities. By enrolling my child, I give permission for my child to appear in this general group content and for The Hive to use it on its website, social media, emails and other promotional material. The Hive will not intentionally identify my child by full name or use them as the individual focus of promotional material without separate permission. If I have concerns about a particular image or video that has been published, I can contact The Hive and request that it be removed.
