Gym Access Only
The gym hour will vary slightly each day but in general there is space to train between 5am and 10pm at night.
Our booking system will help you identify if and where there is space to train. Each time shown represents a 2 hour training window where that studio is free.
So for example a time slot at 5:30am, means that studio can be used from 5:30-7:30am

Yes, however not in the same studio as the class and the class will get priority for the equipment. Eg if the class needs the bikes there may not be a bike available for you to use.
Rather than creating a list of do's and don'ts for the gym, our guidelines are to say that you should be using the space in a safe and respectful way.
We expect you to treat the gym, and other gym users with respect and consideration. This includes, but is not limited to, being considerate about how much space and equipment you are using, how much noise you are making and filming of workouts/posting to social media.
When training on your own it is not recommended you train at high intensity, maximal lifts or highly skilled movements for your own safety.
The gym access code you will receive should only be used by you and you are not permitted to bring others into the gym without getting approval from the owner (Nick) first. Please do not use your code to open the door for someone else.
You are not permitted to open or unlock the main entrance or larger sliding door and are responsible for ensuring the side entrance is closed when entering or leaving the gym.

This is not an open gym session to do your CrossFit class - if other users are in the gym, classes are on, or physio is in then please refrain from dropping the bar. The occasional drop may be ok if working some heavy lifting but in general you'll do better learning to control the bar to the ground in any case,
Please do not drop bare loaded with plates smaller than 10kg
