Functional Interval Training

Bootcamp FIT (B/FIT) is a high-energy functional fitness class at The Hive designed to build real-world strength, improve conditioning, and increase overall work capacity in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Each session combines kettlebell work, dumbbell training, and bodyweight movements with interval conditioning and functional strength patterns like carries, squats, presses, and pulls. Workouts are varied, engaging, and purpose-driven, using simple, effective equipment to deliver full-body results.

With strong coaching guidance and scalable options in every session, Bootcamp FIT is suitable for all levels — whether you’re just getting started or ready to push your limits. Expect variety, challenge, community energy, and a serious sweat every time.

Classes are 45minutes and run at 6:45am Monday to Friday.
