SAUNA + PLUNGE

Our Sauna & Plunge pool is designed to be a space for you to unwind, recover and relax. 

Featuring a communal Sauna for up to 9 people, outdoor shower & and 2 Plunge Pools to cool off. (Ice Bath coming early 2026)

Note: Access is to the Sauna and Plunge pools only – gym, bathrooms and changing rooms may not be available – please contact us to confirm if these are needed prior to booking.
